Purchase Policy

You are able to place the purchasing order via our website or make a phone call for more information of the merchandise in which you would be interested. In case that you would like to place a special order, the deposit will be collected before the start of production. When the merchandise is finished during the
period of agreed time and we receive the rest of money, the merchandise will be delivered to you within 7 working days.

Delivery Policy

When you place the purchasing order to us, we will use the serviceof DHL to handle the delivery merchandise to the destination . The expense of delivery is up to gross weight or volume weight of informed via email after we get th confirmation of purchase order or after the special order is ready.

Return Merchandise Policy

When you receive our merchandise with dissatisfaction , you can return the merchandise from us. The reimbursement process would be done within 7 days upon receipt of return merchandise. The return merchandise must be in resellable conditions and be packed in original package with the receipt. The reimbursement should be done in 2 ways ie by band account transfer or by postal money.

Remarks : All other expenses such as merchandise dilevery back cost,gift wrapping cost , special package request cost , instaflation cost and any other fees are not allowed to reimburse.
